A few ground rules for families using MeloLingo Kids.

1. About the app

MeloLingo Kids is developed and operated by Wojciech Zieba. It offers music and play activities introducing Spanish words to children aged 4–7. These terms are addressed to the parent or guardian who installs or enables the app for a child.

2. Family use and parent controls

You may use the app and its included content for personal, non-commercial family use, subject to the applicable app-store licence. A parent or guardian should manage device permissions, microphone access and the grown-ups’ area, and decide whether the activities suit their child. The app is an educational play tool and does not guarantee a particular language-learning result.

3. Recordings and local files

Optional voice activities create recordings on your device. We do not claim ownership of your child’s recordings, and the app does not upload them to us. You can delete them through the grown-ups’ area. The app has no account-based cloud sync; removing local data can remove recordings, progress and settings. 4. App content

The app’s code, original artwork, voices, songs and other included materials are owned by or licensed to the developer and other rights holders. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit the app’s bundled content without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licences, available in the app’s Licences screen.

5. Current version and changes

The current app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. These terms do not authorise a future charge. If paid features or services are introduced, their price and applicable conditions must be presented separately before any purchase.

Features may change through updates. If the app is provided through TestFlight or another test distribution, the platform’s test-build availability and expiry rules also apply. We will update these terms when necessary and provide any notice required by law.

For problems or questions, use our support page or email the address above. Availability can depend on your device, operating system and app-distribution platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
